I, Michelle Lundeen strive to make your home buying or selling experience enjoyable, and I work hard to make your real estate transaction easier! 
Service Areas 
I service the entire metro area.  I live in Cambridge and have a main office there.  RE/MAX associates plus also has offices throughout the twin cities.  These offices allow me to provide direct service for clients and customers in a location close to them.  Working throughout the metro area for the last seven years, has made me very comfortable on the road.  I am able to utilize past experience and technology to have knowledge of the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.  I want people to know that I am willing to drive to give them the service they deserve.

Areas of Specialization

I specialize in the buying and selling of residential real estate with a focus on first time homebuyers and move-up buyers.  I also have experience working with foreclosures, investment properties, and new construction.

With an office in Cambridge, and the use of other RE/MAX Offices, my clients are given the choice of location to meet. 

I am also able to refer clients to other REALTORS ® around the United States whether they are looking in Minnesota or other states for vacation properties, investment opportunities or looking to relocate. 
Services for Buyers 
I offer buyers automatic e-mails with searches I have set up with their specific criteria in mind. I also offer them a valuable home buyer’s guide, which helps me walk through the buying process with them from choosing a loan officer, to what kind of loan they should go with and whether or not they should get a property inspection. When they are ready to purchase I can take a look at a market comparison on the home they are interested in.

Services Available 
I provide face-to-face contact with my clients, as well as being readily available by cell phone and email. I provide free market analysis for my sellers and can provide both my buyers and sellers with guides leading them through the marketing process and/or the purchase agreement. 
Technology 
All of my listings are listed on www.michellelundeen.com, www.remax.com, www.homestothemax.com, www.everyhomeeverywhere.com, and all other broker websites that have broker reciprocity.  Each of my listings is given their own personal websites.  Even with the convenience of the internet, it is always important for my clients to know that I am available to answer questions and to meet with them face to face at any property within the metro area.

Education 
I have a BA in psychology from Crown College.

Professional Experience

With a BA in psychology, I am able to offer my clients a listening ear and a better understanding of what they want.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and of the North Metro Association.

I am a member of the Council of Residential Specialists.

I am on the Professional Standards Committee for the MN Association of Realtors.

I was named one of the Super Star Agents for the Twin Cities.

I am a Certified Mentor.

I am the manager of the Cambridge RE/MAX associates plus office.

Hobbies / Miscellaneous Information 
Besides selling Real Estate, I also enjoy being with my husband Clint.  We have been married for ten years.  He is a physical education teacher at the Cambridge-Isanti High School. Both he and I enjoy traveling, boating and going out to eat.

Community Information 
Both Clint and I are actively involved in our local church. Clint sings in a quartet and I help out with new pathways, an option for people who are in transition between housing in the community to find shelter in the churches. I also enjoy meeting people at the Welcome Center in the church, visiting with the elderly at Grandview Christian Home and helping out with 9^th Grade Girls Basketball at the high school.
